Sound fiscal management is essential for the health of our community. We deserve and expect financial planning based on conservative revenue estimates and carefully allocated expenses. Are we getting that?

I would like to see a more transparent process for establishing our City's budget - one that focuses on the priorities of our residents, provides for public safety and delivers excellent customer service within our means.   We can't continue to operate at a deficit.
